FacelessVideo is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for our subscription plans and services. We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase for unused credits.

2. Eligible for Refund

The following situations qualify for a refund:

  • Unused subscription within 7 days: If you have not used any credits or generated any content within 7 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Technical failure: If a technical error on our end causes loss of credits or prevents you from using purchased services, you may request a refund for the affected amount.
  • Duplicate charge: If you have been charged multiple times for the same subscription, you are eligible for a refund of the duplicate charges.

3. Not Eligible for Refund

The following situations do not qualify for a refund:

  • Used credits: Credits that have been consumed for AI generation are non-refundable.
  • Consumed AI generations: Videos, images, or other content that has already been generated cannot be refunded.
  • Subscription canceled after 7 days: Cancellations made more than 7 days after purchase are not eligible for refunds.
  • Partial usage: If you have used any portion of your credits, the remaining credits are not eligible for a pro-rated refund (except for annual plans, see Section 6).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your account email address and subscription details
  3. Provide a brief description of the reason for your refund request
  4. Include any relevant transaction IDs or receipts

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Partial Refunds for Annual Plans

For annual subscription plans, we may offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of your subscription under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 30 days of the annual purchase
  • Less than 25% of the allocated credits have been used
  • No refund has been previously issued for the same subscription

Partial refunds are calculated based on the remaining unused portion of your annual plan, minus any applicable processing fees.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles
  • Any unused credits will expire at the end of the billing period
