FacelessVideo is an AI-powered video generation platform that enables users to create videos using artificial intelligence technology. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

  • AI-powered script generation
  • Image and video generation
  • Video editing and composition tools
  • API access for programmatic use

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.3 Account Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Generate, upload, or distribute any illegal content
  • Create or distribute NSFW (Not Safe For Work) or explicit content
  • Violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
  • Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others
  • Attempt to bypass credit limits, quotas, or access controls
  • Use automated systems to abuse or exploit the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without explicit authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

5. Content Ownership

5.1 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you generate using the Service. However, by generating content through the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

5.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI models may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

6. Subscription and Billing

6.1 Plans and Credits

The Service offers subscription plans with monthly or annual billing cycles. Each plan includes a specific number of credits for generating content. Credits are consumed when you use AI generation features.

6.2 Payment

All payments are processed through our payment providers (Creem/Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method according to your selected plan.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In general:

  • Unused credits within 7 days of purchase may be eligible for a refund
  • Used credits and consumed AI generations are non-refundable
  • Canceled subscriptions after 7 days are not eligible for refunds

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months.

7. AI Generation Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or artifacts
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving final outputs before distribution
  • AI models may produce unexpected or unintended results

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service:

  • For violations of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Upon request by you or your legal representatives
  • Due to extended inactivity
  • As required by law or legal process

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
